Wiki says: XS-IVE is a heavy-duty 6 wheeled utility vehicle that is split in half and each half can independently rotate, allowing for it to easily traverse the roughest of terrain. The name it was given is a play on the word "excessive." In 2010, the vehicle was retooled no longer rotating in middle.
