The latter is the Second-Generation (1975) Laurel, Chassis C-130 in Hardtop (2-door) "SGX" trim. This means (among other enhancements) independent rear suspension and a six cylinder 2.0L 1.998cc 121,7cu 125hp (L20A) engine with a 5-speed transmission. Having distinctive "coke bottle" lines, this car was affectionately known as the "Butaketsu" Laurel. Hot Wheels presents its Japanese Domestic Market Laurel in clean "Kyusha" style with an authentic metallic green, with minimal decal or markings other than the GReddy, JNC and "Laurel SGX" tampos.
